NeuraFlash is seeking an Associate Salesforce Consultant in Quality Assurance to contribute to the future of business through AI and technologies like Agentforce. The consultant will participate in project teams, assess requirements, create testing plans, execute test scripts, and log issues. They will work through all phases of testing, provide input on functionality, and interact with development and customer teams.This role involves:
- Participating in project team meetings
- Assessing requirements or features and identifying areas to test
- Creating testing plans and writing clear test scripts
- Executing test scripts and logging issues in a test management system
- Working through all phases of testing (Functional, System, Integration, and User Acceptance) on projects
- Publishing test status reports and providing input on functionality
- Interacting and communicating with development and customer teams
- Learning new solutions, clouds, and testing platforms
- Assisting customers in UAT as needed
- 1-2 years of Software Quality Assurance experience as a Consultant
- General understanding of the Salesforce Platform
- Salesforce Admin certification (a plus)
- BS in Engineering/CS, Information Systems, Math, or equivalent
