Associate Salesforce Consultant, Quality Assurance

NeuraFlash is seeking an Associate QA Consultant to join their team. This role involves working with AI and technologies like Agentforce to craft intelligent solutions. The consultant will participate in project team meetings, assess requirements, create testing plans, write test scripts, and execute testing across various phases.

The Associate QA Consultant will work through all phases of testing (Functional, System, Integration, and User Acceptance) on a project and publish test status reports. They will also provide input on functionality and interact with development and customer teams throughout the testing phase. The consultant will also learn new solutions, clouds, and testing platforms and assist customers in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed.

Role Involves:

• Participating in project team meetings
• Assessing requirements and identifying areas to test
• Creating testing plans and writing test scripts
• Executing test scripts and logging issues
• Working through all phases of testing
• Publishing test status reports
• Assisting customers in UAT as needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Software Quality Assurance experience as a Consultant
• General understanding of Salesforce Platform
• Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
• BS in Engineering/CS, Information Systems, Math or equivalent
