SIMPLE, a successful mobile product, is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join their Paid Social Team. The company's app offers guidance toward balanced nutrition and improved well-being. The Senior User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for devising and executing strategies to acquire new users for the SIMPLE application from web and app traffic. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the company's user acquisition strategy and contribute to overall growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for web and app platforms.
- Oversee and optimize user acquisition campaigns, monitoring performance.
- Manage the user acquisition budget efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to optimize marketing assets.
- Utilize analytical tools to measure campaign effectiveness and track user behavior.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
- Develop targeted user segmentation strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing user acquisition campaigns and driving growth.

- Expertise in digital marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, and others.
- Familiarity with web and app analytics tools.
