Incode is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join their QA team. The engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated tests, with a focus on comprehensive testing methodologies, including manual testing. The successful candidate will work independently on projects and collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Writing clear and comprehensive test cases.
  • Conducting manual testing to validate product functionality and user experience.
  • Taking ownership of the testing process.
  • Maintaining and enhancing current test cases, debugging and resolving issues.
  • Testing API, web, and mobile applications.
  • Communicating technical concepts and findings to stakeholders.

Requirements include:

  • 4+ years of experience in software testing, with an emphasis on automation testing.
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, WebdriverIO, or Cypress.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages like Java or JavaScript for test automation.
  • API testing experience using automation frameworks (e.g., RestAssured).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Github, GitLab).
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with SDK
