Tide is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad. This role involves administering Tide’s Corporate IT and Infrastructure tech stack, managing current technologies, improving existing practices, and integrating various SaaS applications with Tide systems. The IT Support Engineer will maintain the reliability of macOS and Microsoft Windows platforms, scale Mobile Device Management platforms, and provide 1st/2nd line support to end-users. They will also troubleshoot problems, answer questions, provide training, and assist in the maintenance and rollout of new applications.
