Job Description
The IT Support Engineer role at Tide is based in Delhi NCR, India. The candidate will report to the Head of IT and InfraOps. Tide is a finance platform designed for small businesses, offering business accounts and administrative solutions. They are expanding into new markets and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their mission.

This person will administer IT cloud infrastructure, provide 1st/2nd line support, and ensure system availability and security. The role involves managing IT systems, cloud administration, and supporting end-users. This role requires collaboration with a global engineering team to maintain high system standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer Tide’s Corporate IT and Infrastructure tech stack.
  • Maintain macOS and Microsoft Windows platforms.
  • Scale Mobile Device Management platforms.
  • Provide 1st/2nd line support to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide training.
  • Assist in the maintenance and rollout of new applications.
  • Document procedures, policies, technical instructions and security practices.


Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of JAMF Cloud and Microsoft Intune.
  • Knowledge of Okta.
  • Experience with Identity and Authentication tooling (Okta).
  • Knowledge of Atlassian backend.
  • Knowledge of Google workspace administration (bonus).
  • Knowledge of Windows and Apple devices troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms and ticketing systems (JIRA & Confluence).
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
