Job Description

Tide is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth in the French market. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end accountability for French revenues, working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the French market, customer behavior, and regulatory landscape to shape Tide’s offering and drive strategic growth.

The role involves:

  • Revenue Ownership: Driving revenue growth across product lines in France.
  • Local Market Expertise: Conducting market research to uncover customer needs.
  • Product Localization and Development: Designing and launching products tailored to the French market.
  • Marketing and Sales Strategy: Developing and refining marketing and sales strategies for the French market.
  • Content and Collateral Creation: Producing high-quality marketing materials compliant with French regulations.
  • Operational Readiness and Go-Live Support: Ensuring seamless product launches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as the central point of contact between global and local teams.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant commercial experience in SME, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Experience with banking or payment solutions for SMEs.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to foster collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of product analytics.
  • Experience working across multiple markets.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving company.
  • A self-starter who works backwards from targets.
