Tide is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager in France to drive growth. The candidate will develop and execute partnership strategies, forge alliances with key partners, and expand market share. They will work with the country MD and marketing leadership to implement the partnerships strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the French partnerships strategy.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high-value partnerships.
  • Negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing day-to-day management of partner relationships.
  • Analyzing market data and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in building and scaling partnerships teams in the French market.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales/Partnerships negotiation.
  • Previous experience within the payments or Fintech sectors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
