- Design and implement creative new algorithms and technologies
- Own and deliver innovation end-to-end
- Ensure features align with product and customer expectations
- Represent the team in technical leadership meetings
- Analyze and solve challenging problems
- Minimum of 5 years of C++ experience
- Knowledge of another language like Java, Python, or Go
- Experience in systems software projects (e.g., distributed systems, operating systems)
- Excellent communication skills
- BS degree in Computer Science
