Pure Storage Australia is seeking an Account Executive to join their Commercial team in Australia. The Account Executive will develop new business, collaborate with channel resellers, and manage key customer accounts. They will collaborate with sales, pre-sales, partner sales, and field marketing teams.

Role involves:

  • Promoting innovative solutions.
  • Building relationships with customers.
  • Leading pursuit teams and developing account plans.
  • Managing sales pipeline.
  • Collaborating with partners
  • Executing account strategies.
  • Delivering results and exceeding quotas.
  • Communicating effectively and presenting proposals.

Requirements:

  • Strong drive for sales and relationship building.
  • Experience with direct/indirect sales on Commercial accounts, especially within the Australia market.
  • Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
  • Advanced skills in engaging new customers.
  • Goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience.
  • Professional English proficiency.
