Partner Technical Manager (BeNeLux)

Pure Storage is seeking a Partner Technical Manager (PTM) to drive the growth of its BeNeLux Partners. This role involves enabling Channel Partners with Pure Storage's market leadership, culture, and products. The PTM acts as a technical advisor and advocate for assigned National Partners, guiding them through the sales cycle.

The position requires interaction with partner executives, aligning go-to-market strategies, conducting sales training, and developing business plans. The PTM maintains knowledge of Pure's competitive positioning and oversees relationship-building activities.

Role responsibilities involve:

• Regular interaction with partner principals, executives, and sales and sales management at existing and prospective value added and direct market re-sellers.
• Align Pure’s go-to-market strategy with that of our National Partners.
• Conduct regular sales training presentations with partner technical and sales teams.
• Define and deploy business plans to deepen our traction with existing channel partners.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pure’s competitive positioning in the marketplace.
• Oversee relationship building activities and account mapping activities between Pure’s Sales organization and specified partners.
• Coaching and teaching how to Sell and Compete.
• Driving channel autonomy & independence through Pure Storage partner enablement programs with the regional sales teams.
• Participate in the creation of channel sales strategy and tactics and takes ownership of technical responsibilities within customer accounts with emphasis on the channel partner(s) in region.
• Mentor and assist partners/customers with evaluations and benchmarks, system configurations.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years experience supporting the Sales / Channels of enterprise storage, networking or systems solutions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and excellent communications skills.
• Thorough understanding of multi-tiered client/server computing solutions.
• Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures.
• Familiarity with modern web architecture, AI, ML, Big Data, and IOT.
• Knowledge of Hypervisor Technologies, Local Area Networking, and general networking.
• Native / fluent verbal and written Dutch as well as English.
