Too Good To Go is seeking a Partner Growth Specialist to join their team in Zürich. The company's mission is to inspire and empower people to save food from being wasted. Too Good To Go connects supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, canteens, and hotels with users who can pick up surplus food at a reduced price.

The Partner Growth Specialist will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 1500 businesses throughout Switzerland and will ensure that partner businesses make the best possible use of the cooperation, working strategically and operationally to optimize their offerings and improve partner relationships.

Role Involves:

  • Analyzing partner performance and benchmarks to identify reactivation and upselling potential.
  • Proactively contacting partners by telephone.
  • Creating innovative campaigns and projects to help Independent Partner businesses save more food and make the most of the partnership.
  • Maintaining cross-country communication with colleagues, gaining inspiration from international projects, and sharing best practice examples.
  • Creating and editing templates, campaigns and guidelines (e.g. tutorials and training measures) as well as app profiles of partner companies.

Requirements:

  • First experience in Partner/Account Management or a similar field.
  • Experience in sales/upselling.
  • Communicative and convincing on the phone.
  • Solution-oriented, innovative, and data-driven approach.
  • Team player with a structured work style.
  • Project management knowledge.
  • Fluent in German and very good in English.
  • Swiss German, French or Italian would be a plus.
