Deliveroo is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners in Milan, Italy. The Account Manager will work closely with partners to understand their business needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners.
- Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Manipulate and analyse data to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management and/or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges.
- Must be fluent in English.
