Account Manager - Liguria at Deliveroo

Deliveroo is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key restaurant partners in the Liguria region. The role is based in Genoa and reports to the Account Lead. This role involves working with a passionate and dynamic team to provide consultancy services to top brands, leveraging data-driven insights and industry knowledge.

The Account Manager will play a crucial role in helping restaurant partners grow and succeed on the Deliveroo platform.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners.
• Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
• Manipulate and analyze data to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and identifying new business opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in account management and/or consulting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges.
• Must be fluent in Italian and English.
• Master's Degree in Economy or similar.
