This role involves overseeing a team of recruiters, optimizing workflows, enhancing data visibility, and driving strategic initiatives.
What the role involves: - Setting and upholding a high-performance bar for the recruiting team.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of contract and full-time recruiters.
- Designing and executing key strategic initiatives to improve recruiter effectiveness.
- Enhancing data visibility through recruiting dashboards.
- Developing and executing strategies to attract and close world-class candidates.
- Partnering with hiring managers and technical leaders.
- Building and executing event strategies to enhance employer brand visibility.
What you need: - 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, with 4+ years managing recruiting teams.
- Experience scaling recruiting functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in the EMEA technical talent market landscape.
- Strong operational expertise, with a track record of optimizing workflows.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in recruiting metrics and talent analytics.
