HousingAnywhere is looking for a French-speaking Booking Consultant Intern to join their Managed Accounts Department in Rotterdam. The intern will play a vital role in ensuring seamless experiences for clients and tenants. The Managed Accounts Department was created 5 years ago, and has grown significantly in the last few years and is now a team of 10.
- Role involves:
- Owning the communication process and responding to client inquiries.
- Providing guidance to potential tenants.
- Keeping client documents updated.
- Supporting clients with pre- and post-booking requests.
- Gathering feedback on product usage.
- Collaborating with the Sales team.
- Offering consultative support.
- Engaging proactively with clients via outbound calls.
- Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proactive and reliable.
