Internship | Booking Consultant (Italian speaking) at HousingAnywhere Group

HousingAnywhere is seeking an intern to join their Managed Accounts Department in Rotterdam. The intern will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients and tenants. This is a 6-month internship, starting in May 2025, with a compensation of €700 per month.

The intern will be responsible for communication, providing guidance to tenants, updating client documents, and supporting clients with booking requests. The role also involves gathering feedback on product usage and collaborating with the Sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in Italian.

Role Involves:

• Owning the communication process and responding to inquiries.
• Providing guidance to potential tenants.

• Making outbound calls to assist clients with bookings.
