HousingAnywhere is looking for a Spanish-speaking Booking Consultant Intern to join their Managed Accounts Department in Rotterdam. The internship starts in May 2025, is a full-time position for 6 months and includes an allowance of €700 per month. The Managed Accounts Department consists of a team of 10 who are focused on providing excellent service to clients. The intern will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients and tenants.Role involves:
  • Owning the communication process and responding professionally to inquiries.
  • Providing personalized guidance to potential tenants.
  • Keeping client documents updated.
  • Supporting clients with pre- and post-booking requests.
  • Gathering feedback to enhance service.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team.
  • Offering consultative support.
  • Making outbound calls to assist clients.
