Operations Supervisor

Job Description

CookUnity is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the fulfillment operation and ensure accurate and timely order processing during their shift. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail, working in a cold production environment. Responsibilities:

• Supervise pick-and-pack operations.
• Monitor order progress and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide guidance to team members.
• Track order progress and team performance.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing metrics and resolutions.
• Ensure all orders meet company quality standards.
• Enforce adherence to SOPs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Geneva, and Gmail.
• Ability to work in a cold production environment.
• Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• High level of accuracy in monitoring operations and fulfilling orders.
