Axon is seeking a Senior Account Executive to sell its products and services to Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in the Netherlands. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon’s strategic objectives. This role involves articulating complex solutions, building and maintaining senior-level relationships, navigating across customer agencies/units, and leading the Axon team to success. The ideal candidate will cultivate customer relationships, ensure effective service delivery, and focus on customer satisfaction by understanding their business and workflows.

What this role involves:

  • Managing and growing revenue and market share at designated agencies
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Developing and executing account strategies
  • Cultivating customer relationships and ensuring effective service delivery
  • Overseeing all account activities

Requirements:

  • Extensive track record in Software Sales (SaaS / Cloud)
  • Relationship/consultative selling experience
  • Ability to articulate complex solution offerings
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Virtualization and Cloud understanding
  • Team player
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
