Axon is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Netherlands public sector, based in Amsterdam. The role involves selling Axon products and services to Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies. The ideal candidate will build relationships, articulate complex solutions, and lead the Axon team.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for a significant proportion of customers in the Netherlands.

What This Role Involves:

  • Managing and growing revenue and market share in designated agencies.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Developing and executing account strategies.
  • Cultivating customer relationships and ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Forecasting and gathering competitive intelligence.
  • Tracking customer activity in internal systems.
  • Providing customer product training as necessary.
  • Managing individual expense budget.

Requirements:

  • Extensive track record in Software Sales (SaaS / Cloud).
  • Relationship / consultative selling experience.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Virtualization and Cloud understanding.
  • Team Player.
  • Able to travel up to 70%.
  • Startup experience & some vertical experience a plus.
  • Law Enforcement / Public Safety experience a plus.
