Axon is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their EMEA Sales Engineering Team. This role involves supporting the sales campaign by communicating the value of evidence capture devices and digital evidence management solutions to Public Safety Agencies across Europe. An ideal candidate will use their experience to be the trusted customer advisor for the value and technical aspects of Axon’s globally leading solutions.

The Senior Sales Engineer will report to the EMEA UK&I Sales Engineering Director. They will support the technical and value aspects of the sales effort, transition sales opportunities into successful deliveries, and evangelize Axon's value proposition at industry events.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering impactful technical presentations
  • Participating in architecture design discussions
  • Leading RFP/RFI responses
  • Conducting solution demonstrations and technical workshops
  • Supporting product Test and Evaluations
  • Executing customer site assessments targeting technology infrastructure assessments

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A natural and enthusiastic aptitude for technology
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering fields) or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years experience as a Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Network Engineer or similar related field
  • Strong understanding of CCTV systems, VMS, network technologies and IP stack
