Job Description

xAI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team. This role is based in Palo Alto or San Francisco and requires an individual with a can-do attitude and a data driven approach. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment process for technical requisitions, leveraging a world-class recruiting process.

The Technical Recruiter will work directly with technical leaders to understand hiring requirements and build sourcing strategies. They will also manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing to close, while leveraging data to improve candidate ROI and conversion rates, build efficient processes and keep stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with technical leaders to deeply understand the requirements for priority hires.
  • Build creative sourcing strategies to match top talent to open headcount, at speed.
  • Carry candidates through a top-tier, full-cycle hiring process, including managing pipeline for all positions across all available channels, sourcing and closing both high-volume and niche roles.
  • Leverage data to: increase candidate ROI, increase candidate conversion rates, build more efficient processes, keep stakeholders informed of hiring trends, and monitor hiring pace.
  • Create frameworks to deeply understand the market as it pertains to the type of candidate xAI desires to employ across all technical roles
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience every step of the candidate journey.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting at fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, whether it be agency or in-house.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing both high-volume pipelines and specialty technical positions.
  • Outcome-oriented recruiter with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to challenging closes, managing clients and developing key internal partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
