Job Description
xAI is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Search & Retrieval team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing the company's AI systems and end-users with access to relevant and up-to-date information. The role involves building systems from scratch and driving progress that impacts the capabilities of the AI systems.Role Involves:
  • Developing and optimizing search indexing and retrieval algorithms and methodologies.
  • Advancing retrieval augmented generation through research and iteration.
  • Working with web crawling and data teams to develop indexing pipelines.
  • Deploying search systems into production.
  • Collaborating with researchers, engineers, and product teams.
Requirements:
