Job Description

  • Optimizing the efficiency of the entire post-training workflow.

  • Owning end-to-end experience of the created application.

  • Experience with standard software engineering best practices (CI/CD).
  • Familiarity with common post-training workflows such as supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback.
