Technical Program Manager - Risk and Compliance at Motive

Motive is seeking a Technical Program Manager with IT audit experience to lead and coordinate technology initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and audit requirements. This role bridges the gap between technical implementation and compliance assurance, ensuring project success while aligning with organizational risk management goals. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional security centric technical projects, developing and managing project roadmaps as well as timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional security centric technical projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure project deliverables adhere to relevant regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
• Assist in defining and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management ‘ERM’ framework.
• Act as a liaison between Security Engineering and InfoSec to align priorities.
• Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent role.
• 3+ years experience in IT audits, compliance, or risk management.
• Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Knowledge of frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
