Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Flo Health

Flo, a leading health app with over 400M downloads and 75M monthly users, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join its Velocity team. This role focuses on building and maintaining the systems that empower Flo's developers to ship products efficiently and safely. The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will play a crucial role in automating processes, simplifying tooling, and ensuring security standards are integrated seamlessly.Flo is used by 1 in 4 women aged 18-44 in the US. Last month alone, 8.6M new installs and a 2.8M user jump. That kind of scale doesn’t just happen. It’s engineered.Responsibilities:

• Building distributed systems for real-time health interactions.
• Developing privacy-first features.
• Creating self-service tools for team efficiency.
• Maintaining a scalable, secure infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Infra, SRE, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Understanding of observability (metrics, logs, tracing).
• Debugging skills at the Linux kernel level.
• Experience with multiple programming languages (Python, Bash, Scala, Go, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
