Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience at their Palm Beach Gardens location. This role involves creating a service-led environment, ensuring guest education and interaction, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:

• Leading guest experiences and providing product education.
• Building client relationships and analyzing sales reports.
• Managing floor coverage and leading sales initiatives.
• Managing budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
• Leveraging metrics to support business strategies.
• Overseeing Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, focusing on talent recruitment and development.
• Collaborating with Community & Studio, Operations, and Visual Leads.
• Executing company directives and projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
• Receptiveness to feedback.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Alignment with Alo’s guiding principles.
• Ability to work variable shifts including peak days, weekends and the company's Blackout period.
