Job Description
Similarweb is seeking a Customer Success Team Manager to lead a team in the APAC region. This role involves managing retention, maintaining client relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities. The manager will report to the Director of Client Services, APJ, and collaborate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a Customer Success team of 6-7 members.
- Participate in client meetings and provide actionable digital insights.
- Refine and develop Customer Success processes and metrics.
- Work with Support, Onboarding, Advisory, and Technical Solutions teams.
- Hire, train, and coach Customer Success Managers.
- Forecast and report on renewals, engagement, and upsell metrics.
- Focus on CSM engagement and career development.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience leading Customer Success or Account Management teams.
- 6+ years of client-facing experience in a digital enterprise or SaaS company.
- Proven track record of driving renewal and sales metrics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising.
- Experience with digital measurement tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Experience in building internal processes.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
