Interactive Brokers is seeking a motivated and analytical Bilingual Investment Services Representative to join its Client Service team in Montreal. This role involves resolving customer issues related to trading platforms, products, and global exchanges. The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, enjoy helping clients, and be comfortable with new technologies.

• Managing issues related to customer service.
• Assisting with trading platform functionality.
• Calculating margins, commission structures, interest, and fees.
• Collaborating with other divisions and departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least two years of experience in a financial institution or new graduates with strong skills.
• Knowledge of stock market operations and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
