The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Brazil (TCG). This role is based in Mexico City and focuses on leading wholesale and retail sales efforts in Brazil. The Senior Sales Manager will identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with partners in the market.

Role involves:

  • Qualifying, onboarding, and managing reseller and retail accounts in Brazil.
  • Maintaining pricing and availability databases.
  • Maximizing product availability and purchase order fill rate.
  • Leading the creation of quarterly retail marketing plans.
  • Creating and maintaining sales forecasts.
  • Analyzing market trends and offering strategic suggestions.
  • Driving contract negotiations with distribution partners.
  • Collaborating with internal functions like Organized Play, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Logistics.
  • Presenting strategic plans and reports for executive approval.
  • Contributing to the annual departmental budget and Annual Plan.
  • Developing sales collateral materials.
  • Providing key information on customer requirements and competitor status.

Requirements:

  • Eight (8) + years of related professional experience.
  • Bilingual: Brazilian Portuguese and English proficiency at a near-native level.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience managing big retail accounts and resellers/distributors, preferably in the entertainment or toy industry.
  • Experience managing and optimizing inventory and product pricing.
  • Experience managing in-store activations and activities.
  • Proven listening skills.
  • Advanced communication skills.
