Rent the Runway is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their team in Galway, Ireland. This role involves creating data products that impact customer experience and internal operations. The engineer will manage projects from start to finish, including identifying problems, transforming data, and integrating algorithms. They will collaborate with product and software engineering teams and have the opportunity to impact various parts of the business.

What this role involves:
  • Designing, building, and maintaining MLOps pipelines using Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, engineering, and Data Scientists.
  • Implementing and automating CI/CD processes for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Developing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Contributing to developing best practices for MLOps within the team.
  • Staying up-to-date with advancements in machine learning and cloud technologies.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in an ML and/or MLOps-related role.
  • Experience with at least one cloud platform, such as Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
  • Proficiency in Python or Java.
  • Experience with an enterprise data warehouse such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms such as Neural Networks.
  • Experience with at least one ML framework such as Tensorflow or PyTorch.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and Pandas.
  • Experience in building CI/CD pipelines for deploying machine learning models.
  • Good understanding of building monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
