Job Description
The company is seeking a Creative Strategist to be the creative lead for advertising and marketing efforts. This person will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, video editors, and graphic designers to create innovative ideas. The Creative Strategist will run experiments and develop a creative playbook to scale efforts across Meta, TikTok, and other paid advertising channels. This role demands an imaginative thinker who can integrate creativity and strategy to drive measurable results, someone on a mission to understand consumer behavior and emerging trends.
What this role involves:
- Serving as the creative leader at the intersection of performance marketing and creative strategy.
- Leading the conception process to devise innovative campaign concepts and strategies.
- Transforming ideas into detailed creative briefs for internal/external creative teams.
- Developing and owning a comprehensive testing roadmap for new creative concepts.
- Collaborating with the performance and creative team to test, iterate, optimize, and scale campaigns.
- Providing clear direction for copy, wireframing landing pages, and managing video editors.
- Monitoring and analyzing ad platform data, market insights, and competitor landscape.
- Staying updated on industry trends, social media platform updates, and best practices.
- Playing a quarterback role in project managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing.
- Strong idea generation and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of the creative production process, briefing, and ad creation.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to write effective, consumer-centric copy.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity of performance metrics and funnels.
- A drive to understand what makes a winning ad.
