Job Description
Curlec by Razorpay, acquired by Razorpay and operating in Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to support technical implementations for large enterprises. This role involves being a customer-facing advocate for Curlec by Razorpay's product suite and ensuring the successful integration of the platform with merchants.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of Curlec Razorpay solutions for key clients.
  • Represent Curlec Razorpay from a platform integration perspective.
  • Ensure successful platform integration between Curlec by Razorpay and merchants.
  • Support reactive queries and requests from merchants.
  • Read and respond to integration and platform documents.
  • Act as a feedback channel for customer product requirements.
  • Validate product customization requests from clients.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in product-based payments or SaaS platform integrations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, .NET, PHP, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Strong expertise in REST APIs.
  • Strong ability to understand technical requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in Malaysia without any visa sponsorship.
