Bynder is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive expansion revenue within its existing customer base in the EMEA region. The Strategic Account Manager will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and closely coordinate with the Customer Success team to strategically expand adoption of Bynder across current users and new divisions.This role involves:
  • Organizing and tiering accounts strategically to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Leveraging sales intelligence to customize outreach and address stakeholder needs.
  • Engaging with customers early and often to understand their business objectives.
  • Mapping customer organizations, identifying key stakeholders, and guiding a consensus-driven buying process.
Requirements for this role include:
  • 2+ years of New Business Sales or Account Management background.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience selling to C-suite level in B2B, SaaS, Cloud, DAM, or CMS.
  • Experience managing 100K ARR customers and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English.
