Job Description
Airtable is seeking a New Business Account Executive, Commercial to expand its reach beyond the existing 200,000+ organizations using their platform. This is a hybrid position based in Austin, Texas, requiring 3 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and work with high-profile businesses.Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery calls, demos, negotiation, and closing new business.
  • Understand use cases and sell across different industries and multiple lines of business.
  • Conduct calls with customers and prospects to understand organizational structure, key decision-makers, procurement processes, and IT systems.
  • Become an Airtable product expert, providing educational experiences and gathering product feedback.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of proven closing experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing multiple client relationships.
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Growth mindset with a desire to learn about the product, industry, and customer businesses.
  • Strong operational mindset, eager to build processes for maximizing productivity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
