Inyova is seeking a Sales Expert to join their team in Zurich. The company is revolutionizing investing by making impact investing accessible. The Sales Expert will be responsible for building relationships, driving company growth, and achieving measurable sales results, with a focus on customer needs.

Role Involves:

  • Actively engaging with customers via telephone to build trust and guide them on their investment journey.
  • Achieving sales successes by converting leads into impact investors and expanding the community.
  • Effectively managing leads by prioritizing promising contacts.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress.
  • Adapting the sales approach to balance enthusiasm and professionalism, tailoring the pitch to customer needs.
  • Ensuring customer-centricity by prioritizing customer interests and alignment with Inyova's offerings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2C sales with proven success (minimum 2+ years preferred).
  • Result-oriented thinking with motivation to achieve and exceed ambitious sales goals.
  • Self-responsibility and accountability for personal success.
  • Self-motivation and perseverance in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent German (C2/Native) and English (C1) skills; French and Swiss German are a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability and finance; prior financial industry knowledge is not required, but curiosity about impact investing is crucial.
