Powerdot is seeking a Business Developer to join their team in Brussels. Powerdot aims to make charging electric vehicles as easy as charging smartphones by installing charging stations where people naturally stop. With recent funding of €150 million, Powerdot is expanding its reach across Europe.
The Business Developer will be responsible for driving the sales process from lead generation to contract signing, defining acquisition targets, qualifying prospects, and developing commercial proposals. They will also implement strategies to accelerate online and offline commercial development and coordinate with the Partnership Development team.

Role Involves:- Managing the sales process end-to-end
- Defining acquisition targets and developing strategic plans
- Qualifying and enriching prospect databases
- Prospecting via email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Developing and managing creative commercial proposals and negotiating terms
- Acquiring new clients and commercial partners
- Implementing strategies to accelerate online and offline commercial development
- Coordinating with the Partnership Development team
Requirements:
- University or college degree in Business Management, Communication, Engineering, or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with autonomy and independence
- Rigorous and methodical approach with perseverance and tenacity
- Comfort with oral and telephone communication
- Creativity and a taste for challenge to propose innovative solutions
- Strong organizational skills with a sense of priorities
- Good understanding of business plans and growth levers
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Flemish is a plus
