Powerdot is seeking a Senior Business Developer to drive sales and expand its network of EV charging solutions in Belgium. The company aims to make EV charging as easy as charging a smartphone by installing chargers where people spend their time. Powerdot recently secured €150M in funding to accelerate its mission of sustainable mobility.This role involves:
- Driving the sales process from start to finish.
- Defining acquisition targets and developing strategic plans.
- Managing the CRM system (Hubspot).
- Qualifying and enriching the company's prospect base.
- Prospecting through various channels.
- Developing sales proposals and conducting negotiations.
- Acquiring new customers and business partners.
- Defining and implementing strategies for business development.
- Coordinating with the Partnership Development team.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in business development or account management in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of priorities.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
