Senior / Content Designer (Simplified Chinese) at OKX

OKX is seeking a Content Designer to create user-friendly content in Simplified Chinese. The Content Designer will serve as the bridge between users and products, crafting clear, concise, and accurate content to build trust and transform complex features into intuitive experiences.

The Content Designer will foster relationships with stakeholders across Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Localization.

What this role involves:

• Creating and developing user-friendly content in Simplified Chinese, including UX copy, emails, push notifications, release notes, and product documentation.
• Coordinating with global teams (primarily based in the U.S.) to apply the company's brand voice and deliver a compelling product narrative.
• Actively using and contributing to content guidelines and glossary to ensure consistent communication.
• Identifying potential project blockers proactively and engaging stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, Journalism, Communications, Chinese, Translations, Globalization or related fields.
• Ability to communicate in English for daily work needs.
• Outstanding ability to write in Chinese at a near-native level.
• Experience in UI copy, microcopies and user education.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
