Senior / Content Designer (Simplified Chinese) at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior/Content Designer (Simplified Chinese). The role involves bridging the gap between users and products by crafting clear, concise, and accurate content.

The Content Designer will collaborate with various departments such as Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Localization.

Responsibilities:

• Creating user-friendly content in Simplified Chinese, including UX copy, emails, push notifications, release notes, and product documentation.
• Coordinating with global teams to apply brand voice and deliver a compelling product narrative.
• Contributing to content guidelines and glossary to ensure consistent communication.
• Identifying project blockers and engaging stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Chinese, Translations, Globalization, or related fields.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Outstanding ability to write in Chinese at a near-native level.
• Experience in various forms of writing, such as UI copy, microcopies, and user education.
• Experience working with diverse or global teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a lot of team spirit.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
