Business Analyst - Bangalore

Job Description

E2open is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Bangalore. The Business Analyst will translate buyer requirements into standard solution offerings, develop solution plans, create proposals, and estimate costs. They will align solution architecture with terms and conditions and articulate the future of Finance Operations.

The Business Analyst will champion a structured approach to solutions design, communicate the essence of the solution, and collaborate with stakeholders. They will challenge the status quo and bring an industry perspective to solution design, establishing processes for streamlined responses to RFPs and providing pre-sales support.

Responsibilities:

• Implement solutions within customer projects.
• Connect customer's business processes with E2open solutions.
• Participate in business and technical design workshops.
• Create use cases and functional design requirements.
• Perform fit gap analysis.
• Share best practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Supply Chain or SaaS.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management practices.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus).
• SDLC implementation experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
