The Financial Times is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to promote the Board Director Programme (BDP) in the APAC region. The role involves developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to build the BDP brand, identify target audiences, and drive revenue growth. The Senior Marketing Executive will manage the brand and its reputation through various marketing channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing multi-channel marketing communication plans.
- Profiling markets and building customer insight to create customer personas.
- Growing the prospect pipeline across the APAC region.
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive pipeline development, training sales, event registrations and brand awareness.
- Monitoring competitor programs, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Optimising marketing efforts through organic and paid search and social campaigns and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Brokering alliances and partnerships with sponsors and other teams.
- Creating marketing collateral in various formats.
- Planning and logistics for marketing and alumni events.
- Maintaining a database of high-value prospects.
- Monitoring performance via Google Analytics.
- Providing direction to a Marketing and Events Associate to support delivery.
Requirements:
- Validated experience in a marketing role, ideally in professional services, media, events, training or education.
- Project management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient with Google and relevant CMS, email marketing, and e-survey skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Technology savvy and able to quickly adopt new technology solutions.
