SurePay is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Business Analyst will support the product team in delivering high-quality solutions. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.SurePay is a fast-growing fintech company that values innovation. The Business Analyst will contribute to projects tackling fraud prevention and other groundbreaking initiatives at SurePay.What this role involves:
- Leading the requirements gathering process, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
- Partnering with internal teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Understanding APIs, creating API specifications, and testing them using tools like Postman.
- Conducting customer interviews, understanding their journeys, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Developing user stories, use cases, process flows, context diagrams, and test cases.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Excellent logical thinking and strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of APIs, agile development processes, and user story creation.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, Swagger and Postman.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced setting.
