In The Pocket is seeking a Country Lead for their Netherlands operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and growing the company's presence in the Dutch market. This role offers a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, backed by an international team.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining the market strategy for the Netherlands.
- Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
- Overseeing sales activities and managing client relationships.
- Recruiting, leading, and developing a local team.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Taking ownership and accountability for the Dutch entity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience in a digital agency, IT-consulting, or similar environment.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and problem-solving skills.
- A strong network in the Dutch digital or technology sectors.
- A proven track record of building and managing teams.
- Strong sales and account management skills.
- Familiarity with current digital and technological trends.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
