In The Pocket is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to join their Strategy Consulting team. The consultant will lead digital transformation initiatives, provide in-depth analyses, and offer strategic recommendations to stakeholders. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and industry expertise to solve complex challenges for corporate and public organizations.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Partnering with senior strategists and engaging with C-suite clients.
• Managing a diverse portfolio of projects across industries.
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
• Establishing governance frameworks to manage stakeholders and mitigate risks.
• Defining project scope and conducting risk assessments.
• Collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure compliance.
• Acting as a unifying force to drive collaboration.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, an MBA, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or in-house strategy teams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Technologically curious.
• Commercially savvy.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Comfortable working on-site, from offices, or remotely.
