The company is seeking an AR Manager to oversee accounts receivable operations. The AR Manager will be responsible for accounts receivable collection, revenue recognition, and billing. The ideal candidate should possess strong internal control governance, credit risk management, and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail and the capacity to lead a high-performing AR team.Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily AR operations and ensuring accurate invoicing and collection.
- Developing and implementing AR policies to improve efficiency.
- Designing tactical collection processes for old outstanding receivables.
- Preparing regular AR reports and analyzing data to identify trends.
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Leading and mentoring the accounts receivable team.
- Establishing and maintaining AR procedures and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent data presentation and communication skills in English.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
