Logistics Coordinator II, International Freight

Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II to support its growing Logistics Department. This role involves coordinating international and domestic shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate billing. The individual will collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure end-to-end delivery and develop relationships with local suppliers. They will also perform data entry and maintain customer service.

• Prepare shipping freight forwarding requests.
• Analyze freight forwarder rates and carrier routings.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate costs and profits.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties.
• Develop techniques and procedures for transporting commodities.
• Maintain customer service.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the international logistics industry.
• Experience with Major Carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and International Freight Forwarders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and database functions.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
