People Services Specialist at OneTrust

OneTrust is seeking a People Services Specialist to join their team in Madrid, Spain. The People Services Specialist will report to the Team Lead, People Services, and play a vital role in managing people operational processes and contributing to the evolution of the People Services Delivery and Operating Model for OneTrust. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering operational excellence and driving greater business value by executing global transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end people operational processes.
• Contribute to the evolution of the People Services delivery.
• Drive operational excellence by executing global transformation initiatives.
• Oversee workstreams across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in People Operations.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics and data.
• Support centralization and standardization efforts of key HR functional processes.
• Execute HR compliance initiatives across geographies.
• Process design and optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in People Operations.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Workday HCM.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in global HR compliance across multiple countries.
• Proficient level of Excel skills.
• Experience in Global environment / Matrix Organizations.
• Proven project management skills.
• Self-starter, highly motivated.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1).
