Guardsquare is looking for a result-driven Account Manager to join their office in Leuven, Belgium. The Account Manager will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for driving the growth of Guardsquare. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish and be a high-energy individual.

The role involves:

  • Renewing/expanding contracts with largest customers through relationship building.
  • Uncovering upsell opportunities within different geographies/business units and new products.
  • Defining and reviewing success criteria with customers.
  • Preparing and presenting demos of future state opportunities.
  • Leveraging sales management tools to track sales activities.
  • Selling to key decision makers within organizations.
  • Identifying customers at risk and providing the support necessary to retain them.
  • Ensuring all onboarding and success criteria are being met.

Requirements:

  • A strong aptitude for selling and building lasting relationships with customers.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with presenting and establishing relationships.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working with Enterprise level sales cycles & selling to decision makers will be considered as a plus.
